“Fated” becomes hot favorite at the Golden Bell Award. Chen Qiao En hopes her dream will come true

Sina news. The nomination list for the 43th Golden Bell Award is out. The traditional big winner PTS and DaAi has many nominations as usual. But this year idol dramas can’t be taken lightly, “Fated To Love You”, “They Kiss Again”, “Romantic Princess”, “Why Why Love” and “Bull Fighting” all had high ratings and are nominated in several categories.

Especially “Fated To Love You” which receives lot of attention because of its record breaking ratings. It has been nominated in six categories, including “Best TV Drama”, “Best Actresses”, “Best Supporting Actresses”, “Best Directory in TV Drama”, “Best Script”, “Best Marketing” and is the hot favorite at the upcoming awards. The lead actress Chen Qiao En is in Hong Kong hosting “Treasure Hunter”. When she learns of her nomination, she said happily: “Being nominated for the Golden Bell is my dream and the goal of my hard work. To be nominated, I am grateful to the judges for their affirmation and giving me this chance to fulfill my dream.”

Lin Mei Xiu is the winner of the best supporting actresses for the movie “Comes The Black Dog” in the 2003 Golden Horse Award and the best supporting actresses in the 2004 Asian Pacific Film Festival. When she learns of her nomination, she had a fright and said: “Really!” She said that as an actress, she has been working very hard in dramas and finally receives affirmation. “Fated” director Chen Ming Zhang is having a meeting in Beijing and expressed in a message: “Thank you, let’s rejoice when we get back.”

Lee Wei who is nominated for the second time in the Golden Bell Award for “Bull Fighting” also said that he is very happy. Being nomination is an affirmation and he hopes that he will have a chance for winning the Golden Bell. “My Lucky Star” is nominated in the 2008 Seoul drama festival “Best Drama Serial” and Lee Wei is invited to be a presenter. Lee Wei said: “I hope that Bull Fighting will also receive affirmation in Korea.”
