Charlene and Chun since filming "Butterfly Lovers" have sparked a lot of rumours, and to make the story more beautiful and moving, director Ma arranged for the 2 to have their kiss scene at the end of the movie. And Chun's first on-screen movie kiss is gone to Charlene just like that.

Charlene expressed, "When I first looked at the script, I already knew that we were going to film a kiss scene, actually I was quite looking forward to that scene, because then Chun's first on-screen movie kiss would be mine! Of course I feel very honoured!"

Chun says that is he was pleased that the kiss scene is filmed at the end, because by the end of filming, he and Charlene were already very familiar with each other, hence when filming it, they wouldn't feel awkward. But Charlene revealed that when they were in their official positions, Chun felt shy and was too scared to kiss her, and Director Ma had to call out, before Chun finally kissed her.

When the audience asked Charlene what it felt like kissing Chun, Charlene replied, "Now, I am going to share with fans about the feeling of Chun's lips la, his lips are very soft, very warm." As soon as the words came out of her mouth, the audience went wild with screams.
