Lara is the only girl in Nan Quan Mama, recently besides singing the song "Rainy Day" solo, she became spokesperson for coloured makeup in her own name, she also accepted a magazine interview by herself, all these "solo actions" shows her intention to go solo, thus the rumours that Nan Quan Mama were going towards the road to "break up"!
Nan Quan Mama released their new songs plus best collection "Difficult Kids", one of the songs "Rainy Day" is sung only by Lara, it has been number one in the KKBOX charts for 6 days in a row, it's surprising, even their teacher Jay Chou couldn't help buy have words of praise: "Aiyo, Little La La (Lara) is not bad, the other three guys have to work harder!"
Lara's first solo performance was not bad, it's as if she's testing the waters for going solo, besides singing solo, recently she's been "peeling off the group" quite often, including becoming the spokesperson for coloured makeup, she doesn't have to share the reward, she gets all the profit, the record company have also arranged for her to get interviewed by a girl's magazine.
To this, Lara responded, perhaps it's because "Rainy Day" is a song she sang as the main which is why everyone has placed their attention on her, "Actually the members who participated in the background for creating the song also deserve credit, as to the going solo thing I haven't thought too much about it, all I want to do is make good music."
Member Devon said, Nan Quan Mama is a brand, every person has some space to do an individual performance, everyone is happy to see it succeed, the most important thing is, Nan Quan Mama will always make good music.
JVR Music who are helping to promote the best collection album right now expressed: "In the album we've let the members have the chance to express themselves in solo, if the members have different developments, they will have even more power when they come together." They have denied the rumour of going solo.
